Now in the 19th year, Walkfest is a community project run entirely by volunteers and acts as an “umbrella” to bring many groups together and promote walking, learning and enjoyment.

The month-long celebration of walking is designed to get people of all ages and abilities out and about, in and around our beautiful town and the surrounding countryside.
