Meet Father Christmas

Embark on a magical journey with the friendly Elves to Father Christmas’s cosy home. Enjoy a warm welcome, a photo opportunity, and a free gift for each child. Conclude your visit with a hands-on session in Santa’s workshop, guided by the Elves. This immersive experience isn’t your average visit with Father Christmas.

Christmas Village

Experience the festive magic in the Christmas Village. Enjoy live music, Christmas carols, and roaming Elves. Indulge in gourmet festive foods, toast marshmallows by the fire, and write your letter to Father Christmas. Make sure to stop by the post office, where the Elves will assist you in sending your festive message.

The Apres Ski bar is at the heart of the village, there is always a friendly, buzzing space to warm up and spend quality time together. Enjoy breathtaking views on the big wheel or take your pick of the fairground rides suitable for the whole family! Get wrapped up and enjoy a Christmasy chill on the Ice Rink. There are beautiful photo opportunities across the whole site, so take the opportunity to capture your family Christmas card photo and get those Insta-perfect moments. 

Make sure you leave some time spare to enjoy the Christmas market and the Fabulously Festive shop, bursting with beautifully thoughtful Christmas gifts and mementos of your magical day. Don’t forget to visit the Reindeer Kitchen to help make reindeer food.

* Access to Fairground rides and Ice Rink are an additional cost to your main ticket. Ice Rink must be booked in advance and is suitable for age 3+.

Christmas Village Ticket:

This ticket gives access to Christmas Village, daily music and live entertainment in our Après Ski Bar, access to our Festive Food concessions, Christmas Market and Funfair (paid for by tokens). Tickets are £12.50, to book your tickets click here. 

Father Christmas Experience Ticket:

This ticket includes all benefits of the Christmas Village ticket and a visit to the Father Christmas Experience (Santa Grotto), Reindeer Food Kitchen, Elves Post Office and a present from Santa. Tickets start at £25.00 (adult) and £35.00 (child), to book your tickets click here.
