Enjoy a programme of free Easter activities, trails and family fun at Guildford Museum.
Step back in time and explore Guildford’s rich history, from prehistoric life to modern day. Alongside fascinating displays, including collections of toys, needlework and local history, the museum is hosting a range of Easter activities for families to enjoy.
Wednesday – Saturday, 12:00pm – 4:30pm (last entry 4:00pm)

Easter Bunny Trail
Dates: Wednesday 25 March – Saturday 11 April
Join the Easter Bunny on a fun trail around the museum. Suitable for ages 4+.
Playtime! Exhibition
Dates: Saturday 29 March – 11 April 2026
Discover vintage toys and games from the museum collection and enjoy hands-on play. Family-friendly activities run alongside the exhibition, with regularly updated displays.
Playtime! Relaxed Opening
Date: Wednesday 1 April
Time: 10:30am – 11:30am
A quieter session designed for families with children who have autism spectrum conditions or sensory needs (ages 5–12).
Construction Toys Family Fun
Date: Wednesday 1 April
Time: 12:00pm – 3:00pm
Get creative with a range of construction toys and build your own structures. Suitable for ages 3+.
Alice in Wonderland Craft & Storytime
Date: Friday 10 April
Time: 10:30am – 11:15am
Listen to adapted Alice in Wonderland stories and enjoy themed crafts including making a Cheshire Cat mask and Mad Hatter hat. Suitable for ages 2+.
Family Fun: Wheels of Time

Join Roamin’ Rex on a time-travelling adventure. Visit participating museums and collect badges along the way.
Please note that some exhibition areas may occasionally be closed during changeovers. If you are visiting for a specific display, it’s best to check ahead. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
