Important Safety Information

Lots of measures are in place to make sure that you have a fun and safe family day out:

• To safely plan visitor numbers, online booking is essential (for both members and non-members)
• A Fishers concierge will welcome you as you drive into the car park.
• Screens are placed at all payment areas.
• Card only and contactless payment where possible.
• Hand sanitising stations available all over the farm.
• Tokens sanitised after every use.
• Spacing circles for any areas that may have a queue.
• Facilities regularly cleaned with a focus on “touch points”.
• Outside toilets are open with extra hygiene measures in place.
• A one-way system to enter and exit the farm.
• Clear signage throughout the farm.
• Some timetables have changed, so please check our ‘What’s On’ page on our website.
• A number of our staff have safety bags, containing gloves, sanitiser and masks, should a First Aider be required.
• Indoor play areas are closed off.
• Any areas that are not safe to use are sectioned off.
