This 2 hour class is perfect for anyone that has a baby or child and wants to learn some basic first aid skills without being overwhelmed with technical information.

The session empowers parents/expectant parents/grandparents and carers and gives you the confidence to act fast in an emergency.

Our class is relaxed and fun, suitable for pregnancy and babies under 12 months are welcome too.

There is plenty of free parking on-site.

• What to do in an emergency & when to get help
• CPR & recovery positions

• choking

• meningitis

• anaphylaxis

• shock

• burns

• head injuries

• febrile seizures

• broken bones
•

• bleeding & bandaging

Instructions

We have reduced our class capacity by 50% to allow for social distancing.

Learners will be seated approximately 2m apart unless they are from the same household.

Please ensure you are free of any COVID-19 like symptoms and DO NOT attend the class if you have any symptoms. If you are unable to attend your booking will be transferred onto a later date of your choosing.

If you live with someone who is displaying symptoms please DO NOT attend the class.

Learners will be asked to wash hands thoroughly for 20 seconds upon arrival or clean them with hand sanitiser.

Social distancing of 2m or more must be maintained throughout the class.

Please wear a face covering upon arrival to the class and when using communal areas such as the toilets. Face coverings are optional during the class.

All equipment will be thoroughly sanitised between users.
